  • Smart Meet and Greet Yes it all went well. We went with Swift parking. Left the car at Luton and on return phoned them up and they said 20 - 25 mins to return the car and it was exactly 25 minutes.

Picking the car up was not good, had to wait ages for the car and then again a wait for the exit ticket, sorry but not impressed with the collecting of my car, had thought the wait would be minimal which is what you what at the end of a flight. Other had to wait longer than me.

  • Smart Meet and Greet All good going. Different story on the return. Called number to be told to wait IN terminal until phone call received back from them. Waited 40 mins & heard nothing so attempted to call 4 times. Eventually got through as I walked into Level 3!

  • Smart Meet and Greet I had no problem with dropping off my car but I am completely dissatisfied with the way my car was handed back to me. I followed the instructions and called office once I collected my luggage. I was kept waiting for my car nearly 45 minutes. It’s a long time to stand in one place and hope for the car to be dropped off. I have used similar services at stansted airport and their service was perfect. My car was waiting for me where I dropped off. Me and my husband are not happy with your service. My suggestion to you is to follow the flight tracker so you are prepared to drop off the car to customer at the right time.
    I am worry about my next trip as I have booked already your services.

  • Smart Meet and Greet No problem with BCP. I just think Luton Airport gets worse. The meet & greet facilities just keep getting farther away from the Departure / Arrival lounges!

  • Smart Meet and Greet our flight was an hour late coming home , we called as required and waited at 1pm in the morning for the car to arrive and then we were not given the exit ticket without a lot of fuss , almost to the point of why didnt we go mid term on the bus without all this hasle
