Smart Meet and Greet I had to wait 40 minutes having called Swift Park. Excuse after excuse was given, even to the point that the front tyre had gone flat! Strangely the driver didn't know what pressure he had 'supposedly' inflated it to and since then the tyre is absolutely fine - complete fabrication. Dreadful customer service at the pick up point... it's 5 to 10 minutes away was 30 minutes away and he hadn't even made a call. I wasn't the only person hanging around, another guy had also been waiting longer than me!

Smart Meet and Greet our flight was an hour late coming home , we called as required and waited at 1pm in the morning for the car to arrive and then we were not given the exit ticket without a lot of fuss , almost to the point of why didnt we go mid term on the bus without all this hasle

Smart Meet and Greet I had no problem with dropping off my car but I am completely dissatisfied with the way my car was handed back to me. I followed the instructions and called office once I collected my luggage. I was kept waiting for my car nearly 45 minutes. Itâ€™s a long time to stand in one place and hope for the car to be dropped off. I have used similar services at stansted airport and their service was perfect. My car was waiting for me where I dropped off. Me and my husband are not happy with your service. My suggestion to you is to follow the flight tracker so you are prepared to drop off the car to customer at the right time.
I am worry about my next trip as I have booked already your services.

Smart Meet and Greet All good going. Different story on the return. Called number to be told to wait IN terminal until phone call received back from them. Waited 40 mins & heard nothing so attempted to call 4 times. Eventually got through as I walked into Level 3!

Picking the car up was not good, had to wait ages for the car and then again a wait for the exit ticket, sorry but not impressed with the collecting of my car, had thought the wait would be minimal which is what you what at the end of a flight. Other had to wait longer than me.
