• yes to all above. additionally the previous week I was unable to make my booking with BCP and had to cancel, as you were only informed within 24 hours of the date I was not entitled to a refund, however after explaining my unforseen circumstances that led to my cancellation, you provided a refund on that occasion. I was delighted that someone used their discretion,recognised I was a valued customer and so I booked with you for the following week for another trip. I was delighted with the service.
  If I was to make one recommendation, and that would be to make the logo on the jackets of the drivers more obvious, it was difficult to read/find it (when the instructions are to hand your car over to someone in a marked jacket)
