• JetParks 1 Always use jet park 1or 2. Easy access and parking transfer good.
  Only minor grumble after heavy rain some areas are like lakes restricting parking and handling baggage especially if encountered on return.
  Gravel could be dropped in wet areas to immediately identify and raise levels instantly.
  Will still use again.

• JetParks 1 Along with several other people we were left out in the pouring rain waiting for the shuttle bus. The very small bus shelter could only take abot a third of the people that were waiting. When the bus came it was full and did not stop. When another bus eventually came the woman driver was surly and unhelpfull. Not what you want at the start of a holiday.

• JetParks 1 Always use jet1 or jet 2 car parks. Easy booking,access and transfers.
  Only grumble some areas of the park become small lakes when it rains. Not good to find the car surrounded with water on return and trying to load baggage in to the car boot without it being in the water. Easily identified areas that a could easily levelled with gravel.

• JetParks 1 When we arrived at jetparks 2 we had to ride around for 15 mins only to find out it was full.We have to go to park 1,it would be better if there was a sign to tell you it was full.

• JetParks 1 Bus driver was very helpful on returning.It might be a good idea to add the car park layout to the print version of the documents( or a "box" for the appropriate letter reference ) so that people could mark/scatch out or circle where they have left their car ie. A,B,C,D,L,M,N,O etc etc as I see quite a few people who can't remember where they had left it....I have also done this once also!

• JetParks 1 No problems at all. Bus service efficient and vehicle recognition at barrier simplifies entering and exit.Only downside is perhaps some maintenance required to ground conditions in certain areas.

• JetParks 1 My car had just come out of my jaguar dealer after being serviced ready for our trip to Manchester. It was gleaming and spotless inside and out. After parking in your car park, my car is now covered in mud and the carpets have mud on them and need cleaning. This car park is a dirty, muddy puddle filled field. If I had of known I was parking in that mess I would have booked else where. You should let people know what type of car park people are leaving their cars in. Not happy and now I have to have my carpets cleaned.

• JetParks 1 When we arrived at Jet Parks 2 in Manchester we were told the car park was full and that we were being 'upgraded' to Long Stay Parking at the airport. This meant an intricate drive through the airport complex to find the new car park. We then had to call for help at the barrier to gain entry. It wasn't a major problem but it did delay us.
