• JetParks 1 Number plate recognition did not work and scanner wouldn't read barcode, but got in through call at gate. Same on exit. Otherwise trouble-free.

• JetParks 1 As described with efficient and helpful service but surface of car park was pot holed and very muddy in places. Cases difficult to wheel inbetween large puddles. Also cars had been allowed to park in unmarked places that made circulating around the park tricky

• JetParks 1 Very busy on way out but impressed by drivers who dealt with situation fairly-went past stop1 to stop5 to pick up large group of people who'd been waiting a long time. Very prompt pick up on return. Pity Car Park 1 was full and we had to on to 2 could office not have foreseen that beforehand? Would make it less confusing?
