• Long Stay On return journey the shuttle driver was very rude to customers, threw cases onto the floor and used foul and abusive language to various passengers. Yesterday, I provided Manchester Airport Customer service with full details of the incident.

• Long Stay Transfer bus was suppose to be every 15 mins from the terminal to car park we was waiting in excess of 25 mins for the bus no apology from the drive just an oh well when questioned as to why unprofessional

• Long Stay Everything went really well. The only issue I had was when I was at the exit, I think I ran a little too close to the gate and it took me having to reverse slightly so as the reg could be read. Other than that, no problem. Easy to park and 5 mins walk from the car park to T3. Would definitely recommend.

• Long Stay 10 days holiday had to book T1 long stay. Very infrequent shuttle mini bus service and each takes only 3 normal bags in the boot!!!Had to take luggage inside the mini bus same as other passengers, very uncomfortable and unsafe. You would expect a shuttle mini bus takes more than 3 bags with all the passengers using it.

• Long Stay Not all bus stops open, which we didn’t find out until we were waiting for the bus. We had to walk from bus stop 8 to bus stop 12. It was a minibus not the usual coach.
  On return, we had to wait longer than normal for the minibus to pick us up. Again it dropped us at bus stop 12 instead of bus stop 8. There was no warning that this was going to happen. The driver told us that the car park is closing altogether in November. Long stay T1/T3.
  We have a future booking for 24th November and we have not been informed of what will happen, which is very poor service. I am going to have to make contact, when the car park company should be contacting me. The price had gone up but the service has declined, not as described on booking.

• Long Stay Disappointed with pick up bus stops being limited to only two at the T1-T3 Long Stay at Manchester Airport. Means long walk with your cases across the outside car park in what could be adverse weather conditions! On return long wait for pick up bus as only one was on duty, then another walk from drop off point pulling cases back to car!

• Long Stay Prices gone up again and there was no bus in sight when we arrived home at 12.30pm although we had been reassured they ran every ten minutes. Ended up having to walk to car park all for the very expensive price we paid. Cheaper in a taxi now.

• Long Stay Car Park was undergoing renovation which we didn't realise until we parked near a bus stop only to find that buses were not stopping there so we had to walk some distance to find a van service in place to take us to the Terminal

• Long Stay Unfortunately due to all building works, finding a parking space was a nightmare, there were only two bus stops in use. I had my eighty four year old mother with me so it was not very easy. Due to chaos of car park the bus can no longer fit in car park but the minibus driver was extremely helpful and we did not have to wait long.
