  • Long Stay T2 - Zone A Having used BCP before we were disappointed to find the car park like a building site. We had to wade through 3 - 4 inches of rainwater to get to the bus shelter. Our shoes and cases were soaked before we even got to the terminal building. Hopefully this will improve when the work is completed. On our return the shuttle bus driver was most helpful. Nothing to do with your car parks, but overall we feel that despite millions being spent on Manchester airport over the years,it never seems to get any better.

  • Long Stay T2 - Zone A Relatively easy to find despite the roadworks. Bus service to Terminal 2 was good.

  • Long Stay T2 - Zone A Superb...easy to park...bus there in 4 mins to pick us up...on return...again quick times for buses and both drivers in and out...friendly and polite...have used BCP a few times now....a tad more in costs than others...but well worth least my car safe and not left in muddy fields like other companies have shown in media coverage

  • Long Stay T2 - Zone A There was a long wait for the bus when we arrived from out holiday . We waited approx mins st 4am. The flight was delayed which also meant we were late leaving car park although this was dealt with quickly to allow us to exit

  • Long Stay T2 - Zone A Due to road works it was not clear were Zone A was. Also, when we found zone A it was fully booked. Luckily, there was a staff member not to far away and he informed me to go to Zone B and press the intercom button. As i pressed the intercom button i had no answer for 7minutes. The barrier was raised as the colleague understood my dilimar.
    When leaving the Zone B, the barrier never raised as i was informed it would - this led to another call to the staff. After a couple minutes were we away. A little stressful and not ideal before a holiday. However, the car was safe and the buses ran smoothly.

    Glitch when token put in machine to exit and it asked for £182 to allow exit!!! Spoke with operator - barrier lifted after checking I had actually paid on booking space 3 months or so before holiday!

  • Long Stay T2 - Zone A The auto barrier did not work when we arrived we had to wait to enter the car park,and the same thing happened when we were departing my registration was not recognised

  • Long Stay T2 - Zone A When we arrived our car registration wasn't recognised & we had to call your staff who let us through, and on the way out 5 cars in front of us had to call as well as ourselves as the car park machine wanted us to pay £112 when we had prebooked and paid. The staff again had to let us out.

  • Long Stay T2 - Zone A Staff member was helpful but there were no parking spaces left and he directed us to another park which we couldn't find and so returned back. There was spaces in the staff car park and he said we were not allowed to go in there, after asking several times on his radio! We were not happy as I was panicking about being late for our flight! He eventually got them to raise the barrier and he was going to walk to find us a space, we drove through and found one eventually. After pre-booking early online I did not expect that we would be turned away and wasn't very happy with the situation, there needs to be some facility in place that prevents overbooking!

  • Long Stay T2 - Zone A Airport undergoing significant works at present - signage very misleading and can and did literally drive us around in circles - footpath to terminal dangerous as parts on the road unprotected but on return, same path closed with no alternative given. Sometimes road markings correct and signs wrong, and vice versa - then auto plate recognition didn't work and we had to wait for assistance. Net result, we were delayed getting out of car park and got stuck in rush hour. Very poor experience - will be requesting refund

  • Long Stay T2 - Zone A I booked and paid for my parking space at Manchester Airport T2 Long Stay 6 months in advance. When I got into the car park it was clear from the number of cars looking for spaces that it was full. Furthermore, the ends of each aisle were blocked, which meant that when you drove down the aisle to look for a space, you had to execute a tight u-turn, with a line of cars behind you doing the same thing. Eventually a helpful but clearly frustrated shuttle bus driver told us to leave the car park and use the intercom at the barrier to tell them the car park was full. I was eventually redirected to the multi storey car park, which was also very busy and it took a while to find a space. They were clearly doing major alterations around the car parks which reduced the capacity. Why did nobody send out emails warning us of the disruption, which cost me minutes delay and could have cost us our flights!
