Everything ok.The only thing wrong was it didnt recognise my car reg so i had to presss the help button, which was easy & was through in a matter of minutes.I will defo use again & again!!!

Easy to find and use , the only down side was finding the exit not clearly marked . Didn’t see any staff so unable to comment

Better lighting better signs returning at night was a nightmare no staff to help you terminal was more than a 5 minute walk more like 15

You contacted me to change from car park 3 to car park 1. On arrival at car park 1 there was a delay in every car entering the car park - each of us had to buzz for assistance - our vrms were not read on anpr system? Luckily er had given extra time as this took several minutes to sort for each car.
