  • Mid Stay 3 Better lighting better signs returning at night was a nightmare no staff to help you terminal was more than a 5 minute walk more like 15

  • Mid Stay 3 You contacted me to change from car park 3 to car park 1. On arrival at car park 1 there was a delay in every car entering the car park - each of us had to buzz for assistance - our vrms were not read on anpr system? Luckily er had given extra time as this took several minutes to sort for each car.

  • Mid Stay 3 The direction arrows were completely misleading. Several cars were having to turn around to try and find parking. It wouldn’t take a huge amount of effort to get rid of them and put some correct direction arrows on the road.

  • Mid Stay 3 Camera didn't recognise number plate on entry or exit. Had to scan barcode I printed both times. Car park also had a very long row blocked off at end with no turning space, had to reverse a long way.

  • Mid Stay 3 The trolley parks are very difficult to find and there need to be more of them. The one I found was by the entrance and with no way to park the trolley and get the pound back. The rows of cars are too close together and the spaces too narrow. It took about a twenty point turn to get out of our space. PLEASE tell the operator.

  • Mid Stay 3 The number plate recognition was good and it took about 5 mins to walk to the Departures door and about 7 mins to walk back from the Arrivals door
