  • Long Stay Very simple and efficient straightforward service. Transfer bus was there in minutes. Easy process. Wasn’t sure whether I had to put card in machine before going to exit as I was prepaid. That needs clarifying. I did it anyway, no issues. Thank you 😊

  • Short Stay I would highly recommend parking via BCP at Southampton airport. I was a day late leaving and BCP advised me to speak directly to the car park people who made the departure from the car park easy in return. It was roomy good space between cars and very clean.

  • Short Stay Couldn't have been better. Barrier raised when I took my ticket on arrival and found a space easily, very close to the terminal. When I got back, car was undamaged and barrier raised when I put my ticket in.

  • Long Stay Simple search for parking at Southampton airport. Not too many options but we have used BCP at other airports so had no concerns about using you. Bus was waiting when we arrived and returned, no delays.

  • Long Stay All went well until leaving the car park to return home. Exit gate failed to open and "£70 to pay" message appeared. Having pre-paid this was unexpected and emergency contact seemingly inoperative, I had to manoeuvre car out of line to prevent blocking other cars waiting to exit. Troublesome. Finally contacted helpline and after conveying reference and registration gate raised. Annoying.

  • Long Stay Communication! I had a problem with the ticket when I arrived, which worried me during my holiday, emailed and checked FAQ without any success. It was sorted very easily on my return but would have liked reassurance whilst away.
