  One small concern is the car park at Southampton which is unmanned and quite far from the terminal, therefore there could be safety issues.

• Long Stay Bit confusing to discover that there did not appear to be a camera recognition camera at Southampton Long Stay - the airport could help by providing information in the approach to the barrier. As it transpired there is one, but I had to return to the terminal to discover this. Otherwsie all worked well.

• Long Stay The car park barrier machine didn't recognise my registration so I had to use the call button. To be honest this all went OK and the people the call button connected me to found my booking on their computer and let me in and out. But there still seems to be room for improvement.

• Long Stay Services exactly as described. Minor technical failure with the automatic registration no reader when we arrived but a member of staff was waiting to advise us what to do and this was dealt with simply and quickly on our return.
