  • ACE Meet and Greet The parking service was all as described, staff were helpful and the service was very good.
    I parked at Birmingham airport and the only comment I have is that the walk to the terminal was a bit further than expected and uncovered. Luckily it wasn’t raining!

  • ACE Meet and Greet My parking sensor was pushed out. Not needing to reverse until I got home I didn’t notice. 3 times I e used you now thinking the bad service was a one off. I had a picture the first time, a scratched car and was supposed to have a valet. Instead car came back dirtier than it went in

  • ACE Meet and Greet Arrived back from Paphos at 2am collected luggage and called staff to let them know we were on our way to pick up the car! 5 mins walk to car park waited 4 mins for car to arrive! All in all good service.

  • ACE Meet and Greet We have used a meet and greet service before and literally drop off and pick up outside the door. Disappointed we had to get from car park to door with cases and children.

  • ACE Meet and Greet Charged £12 when picking up the car on return journey. Explanation of when to call was not explained properly on drop off of car, and my month old child needed a nappy change immediately which delayed our exit and no consideration was given.

  • ACE Meet and Greet We booked meet and greet but the drop off and collection points were a long way from both departures and arrivals. If we had difficulty in walking or there was bad weather I would have scored you even lower. I appreciate that there may be developments at the airport which may have meant that you were not operating as normal but I still expected to drop off directly outside the terminal and on return be collected from the terminal and taken to the car park. The service as provided was no better and in some aspects worse than if we parked in Car Park One and caught the bus. We may book with BCP again but wil not be using meet and greet again.

  • ACE Meet and Greet Drop off was fine although no-one answered the call when we rang 20 mins before arrival. On the return to UK, we had to wait around 10 mins for the car(not fun when you are cold) and then there was a mix up at the exit barrier, with one of the staff saying to just drive out 9with no ticket). We were held up another 15 mins by this although they did work hard to sort it out in the end

  • ACE Meet and Greet We booked with Ace Meet and Greet as we had a bad experience with Maple Meet and Greet - waiting too long for the car to be returned. We were pleased that someone was there to collect our car on arrival. On return I phoned the number on the card only to find it said Maple. I said to the person on the phone that I thought I might have the wrong number as I had booked with Ace not Maple and I was informed they were the same company. I didn't phone until we had collected our cases as stated on the card and it stated that you had to be outside within 10 minutes. I phoned at 10.45 pm and our car did not turn up until 11.23 pm. There were about 4 other families with children also waiting, some were there before us and still there when we left. As you pay a premium for this service, I do not think it is good enough to have to wait this long for the return of your car, you expect it waiting for you when you come out of the airport. As the title states it is meet and greet, not meet and wait. I would book with you again, but not the meet and greet.

  • ACE Meet and Greet The only issue was the amount of time it took to return the car. If it takes 20 mins to drive from the carpark to the airport then this wait should be highlighted when booking.

  • ACE Meet and Greet Drop off was OK but return I was waiting 30 mins for my car AND THE driver was not wearing a seat belt!!! I got in and was sitting on a connected seat belt. This means if he had an accident I was uninsured!! Never again with Ace. When I phoned to complain it wasn't taken seriously and I was told to write and complain to an email address I cannot possibly remember (I was driving)

  • ACE Meet and Greet Was unacceptable service to have to wait 45 minutes upon collection of car. I chose park and go for swift service - which I did not get. I will use a car park in future as at least I know how long it will be for me to collect my car
