• ACE Meet and Greet Was unacceptable service to have to wait 45 minutes upon collection of car. I chose park and go for swift service - which I did not get. I will use a car park in future as at least I know how long it will be for me to collect my car

• ACE Meet and Greet Was a little bit disappointed on return as when I called, the operator stated that we weren't due till 1pm the next day! I had the confirmation email with me stating 3am. It was however rectified in 20 minutes which is good! Staff need to be able to communicate fluently in English, and understand their job!

• ACE Meet and Greet I asked the attendant his name upon arrival as his uniform did not state BCP but Manor Parking. He told me his name was Ian but his security badge stated Roger. Upon return the car arrivef splashed in mud at the front - the attendant explained he had driven through some roadworks. The car was spotless upon arrival.

• ACE Meet and Greet We had to wait about 20 minutes for the driver to arrive when we dropped the car off but I think that was partly due to heavy traffic. On our return we rang the number we were given after picking up our cases. As we walked across the zebra crossing in the car park the driver was just coming through the barrier, so the timing was perfect. It is more expensive than the meet and greet service in Manchester but still worthwhile as it saves queueing for buses and struggling with suitcases. The only improvement I can think of would be for the driver to offer to help load the cases into the boot on our return.
