• APH Park and Ride All efficient except for the bus queue process when we returned to Gatwick. The buses stopped anywhere which meant despite being at the front of the queue after we were unable to get on the first bus, the second bus stopped further up the stand and we became last in the queue.

• APH Text when landed. Bus arrived an hour later and refused to pick up as was dropping off only. Next bus arrived in other stop, other people rushed to get on so it couldn't take my family. Not helping with 2 stops to collect from, no-one wants to queue properly.
