• I Love Meet and Greet Short delay of collection (15 mins or so ) upon airport arrival but it was very busy so took that into consideration however upon return the car was there before we were which was well appreciated especially considering it had been barely 10 mins before I rang to confirm baggage had been collected! Have used “I love meet and Greet 3 times already this year and all occasions were consistently impressive 👌ðŸ½.

• Help Me Park The drop off arrangements at the LGW North Terminal aren't great - it would be better if there were parking bays with an official to report to - as is the case at the South Terminal
