• Purple Parking Well organised. Good security, vehicle ready on return.
  20 minute frequency acceptable, but need to allow plenty of time to Terminal as a good 10/15 minute drive around the airport from far side.

• Maple Manor Meet and Greet Paid for gold car wash , car was returned filthy.
  Waited nearly 30 mins for car to arrive.

• Purple Parking When we got back to the car and tried to start it, there was warning lights came up on the dash saying that there was a problem with the engine management system. When I went to reception the said there had been no problems reported !!!. I got the RAC to cod they said that the car had been jump started or tow started. Purple Parking have denied this.

• Purple Parking We have used the long stay southcar park many times. We booked on line and there was no obvious indication that we had booked a different car park. It cost us another £100 to exit because we were unwittingly in the wrong car park. This extra was actually only 50% of what should have been charged because they were kind to us!
