Usual good, friendly service, but cost was double usual price for 2 weeks. Vehicle was covered in bird droppings & was filthy as if it had been parked under a tree by a roadside!...never experienced this before.

APH I had a very good experience with BCP, very helpful and friendly, my flight was delayed by 3 hours on my return and BCP were very understanding. Would% book with them again.

Maple Parking Meet and Greet Car not available on return - had to wait 15 minutes after arriving at the pick up point. Staff on site weren't interested.

ACE Meet and Greet It was not clear with you the operator was so when I got to the airport I could not see the operator. When I phoned to get help I was told that the company partnered with another so I needed to speak to them. This was not made clear in my confirmation. It wasnâ€™t very unorganised and I was told to just leave my car open and they would take it.
When I returned to the airport I called as requested when I got through security (I only had hold baggage) I then had to wait an hour for my car. When I called the provider there was a lot of confusion as to where my car was. I told twice my car was there when I could clearly see all of the car park. I was not impressed. I have been told I will received a full refund from the car park provider.
