ABC Meet and Greet I was a little early but phoned the number only to be told you will have to wait mate, the call operator was not helpful. The the car has obviously been parked under a tree as was covered in twigs on return.

Cophall Parking - Special Offer No, on landing once i collected my luggage and got through customs i called to arrange my collection, i was apologised to and told that due to demand it would be at least 20 mins before i would be collected. i was told to make my way to the bus stop 6 and wait. On arrival to the bus stop a shuttle arrived to collect 8 people there was at least 30 people at the stop all off the same flight waiting to go to the same car park after waiting 45 mins i called again and was told there was no more available shuttles and that i would be on the next one when it arrived when i demanded an approx time i was told 2 mins however there were several people in front of me and knew i would not get on next shuttle, everyone was complaining and when a shuttle did turn up it dropped people off and drove away when we confronted the office they told us the driver called out names and no one came forward which did not happen, another gentleman stood at the stop then called in and funnily enough was told the next shuttle would be 2 mins away same as what i was told 15 mins earlier. really unacceptable service when you were promised a 10 min wait even then i accepted that there was a slight delay but when you have done a long haul flight this service was not acceptable. like i stated to the office your company knew how many people were arriviving on that flight so the shuttles should have been ready
