• ACE Meet and Greet Service not as described. Got back and had to wait 30mins in car park for my car, was told this is standard, well what’s the point then!? I couldn’t got the cheaper bus service in the same time. If this is standard, then state it on the website. Finally got car to find an open plastic cup of sticky drink in my drinks holder, which had spilt and splashed everywhere. Also my mirror was bent in. Really not happy and would like someone to contact me to discuss.

• Just Valet A slight delay at drop off, would be good ( if possible) to have a member of staff there to receive car even if not driven off straight away. On return all went perfectly. Staff were good guys. Nice that they are also slightly older.

• Maple Manor Meet and Greet Third time I have used this service and everything ran smoothly (with the exception of our return flight). We had a very early flight out from Gatwick so dropping the car off at Car Park 5 made complete sense. our flight back was delayed due to the Thunder storms, but not an issue. phoned through once we landed and as we arrived back at Car Park 5, our car was just being returned.

• APH Excellent. Recommended for transport to Gatwick. Reliable and no hanging around waiting for transfer to and from airport. When you return just text them and by the time you are out of arrivals they are there waiting for you.
