• Airparks Meet and Greet It was chaotic at the meet and greet pick up point (Sofitel Hotel, north terminal), staff were struggling to handle the volume of cars being dropped off or collected - apparently due to M23 closure over night. A back up plan is needed when this occurs. Wasn't a good start to our holiday we have had much better from BCP in the past.

• Maple Parking Meet and Greet Dear Sirs,
  We have used your services for many years know and are very impressed with service, But on Thursday evening we arrived back to Gatwick South; called your operator and agreed we were to collect our car LY57HXX at Orange carpark. Then after 3 phone calls found it had gone to Gatwick North, we got our car back about 45miutes late ver cold not good ? Graham Sykes

• Purple Parking Meet and Greet Drove slowly so as not to miss the entrance because airport signage can be too much to take in. It was helpful having a staff member at the barrier.

• Purple Parking Good value and well organised. My only gripe was on return got to bus stop and shuttle was just leaving. I waved but he ignored me and just drove off. Next shuttle was twenty minutes later and was cold.

• Purple Parking Meet and Greet I booked a MEET AND GREET. Imagine my surprise when I had to drive to a car park, park my car, leave the keys at a desk and then go back to collect it on my way home. Meet and Greet to me should have been someone waiting for me at the terminal door. It was not what I wanted and I will not use you again
