ABC Meet and Greet Well that was easy. We arrived at the airport a bit early and BCP were polite and more than accommodating. Loads of pictures take. Of the car which was very reassuring. On return one quick call and the car was soon with us. Highly recommended.

Maple Parking Meet and Greet Great service after my wife left her phone in the car Bcp were able to locate and bring it to us before are flight (one very happy wife )

Maple Parking Meet and Greet Dropping my car off was great, found the car park easily, parked and dropped car off quickly and a short walk to the airport.
The problem was with collecting my car on my return. I followed instructions on calling after collecting luggage. Conscious of not calling too early and incurring additional parking costs. I called and made my way to collection point and then had to wait mins for my car. I understand if you are busy but maybe the call operator should give an estimated time they will return the car so I could have stayed in the airport and got a drink instead of standing in the car park.
This has put me off the meet and greet, makes me think it would have been quicker to collect car getting a shuttle bus to a service which stores car further away.
