Maple Parking Meet and Greet Staff very friendly and helpful when return of car delayed by road accident, updated us every five mins or so, and arranged for us to wait in the warm,
Also arrived at wrong terminal,due to flight being early, and company very good at changing destination of return for car
Great service, will use again when travelling from Gatwick, not really our nearest or favourite airport.

Long Stay South Neither your entry nor exit systems recognised our car so we had to use the intercom on both occasions. This was slow and inefficient. The people who answered were brusque and uninformative.

ACE Meet and Greet I would use your services again but definitely NOT the services of Ace Meet and Greet.
My car when returned to me was not in the same state as given. The car was extremely filthy and much worse the alloy wheel trims had been damaged. This is a new car so its quite noticeable the fact that my alloy wheels were badly damaged, the attendants were not very helpful when informed of the damage - merely advised me of an email address to send my complaint - Extremely dissatisfied and not at all happy with the service!
