  • ACE Meet and Greet The service was very good, although the directions to the car park were a little confusing as the sign to the Hilton by Hampton wasn't at the roundabout noted, but the next.
    Also upon returning home we were not escorted to our car or reminded to check the vehicle for damage. As we had had a very early flight, and had also suffered several delays to the flight we were simply glad to get home. However as soon as we reached home, we noticed that both front lights on the mini had been smashed. We contacted ACE and although they have not accepted responsibility they have agreed to pay for replacements.

  • ACE Meet and Greet Car park directions from you are not good at all. Car Park M is a staff car park and not easy to find. I had to stop out side the North Terminal and ask directions from airport staff there. Everything else went very smoothly.

  • Long Stay North Only issue when I was leaving the car park the machine said I owed over £100 even though I had pre-paid for the car park. Had to go into the office to sort it out

  • Cophall Parking Occasionally the cheapest can be the best. Smooth, easy and efficient transfers from friendly and professional staff.

  • Just Valet On the return we ran into a 5 min delay as my little boy needed the toilet. Anyone travelling with small children knows how stressful that can be. I was left a really rude abrupt message telling me to get back to the car as I was holding up a driver. The rude tone is what I'm annoyed about. Given the amount of times that we have had to wait in the freezing cold for drivers to show up I think it's a bit much. We weren't that long given that you would need at least mins usually to get the car to the terminal. I will therefore not use you again. Whoever left message was rude and arrogant.
