Purple Parking Quite a wait at south terminal once back in U.K. And bus was almost full when it arrived, I assume it picked up at north terminal.

ACE Meet and Greet The north terminal arrangement isn't as great as the south. Directions aren't great, then when you do arrive at the car park it could be clearer what barrier to pull up to. On the way out the lift wasn't working and two weeks later exactly the same, although guys were there to help you up and down with your cases there's still distance to travel with cases which is a challenge with all the family bags while my wife has a pram. When we arrived back early hours in the morning we had to wait around 10 minutes for our car which isn't great when you have a 14 month old baby. This could be planned better looking at flight info or advise customers to call earlier. Poor experience.

Summer Special You had not made it clear that North parking was not included, it was dark when we arrived to park !!!!

Maple Parking Meet and Greet The staff very were helpful especially as I booked the south terminal not realizing I was flying from the north terminal. When I came home they had kindly moved my car to the north terminal for me.

Maple Parking Meet and Greet Very helpful although as a 1st time user of your service at this airport felt. The signage could of been slightly easier to follow.
