• Long Stay South Make sure the information in bus stops is correct. It showed bus stopping only for drop off ! I was catching a flight. Upon calling customer service number the agent didn't show much compassion.

• Summer Special We prebooked parking with you for two cars and both transfers were fast and easy. However, on exiting the tickets did not work and told us we had to pay £170. This was soon sorted out by a very helpful man in the office at the gate and he said 'it often happen'. If that is so, why don't you sort it out? We're using you again shortly so we'll see what happens next time
