• Long Stay South On exit, my pre-paid card was not recognised and I was asked for £125. I tried two exits with same result.

• Purple Parking I have parked with BCP quite a few times and was surprised how bad the booking in office was. The lady who took my keys on the 2nd was not the smiley face I had experienced before - she never said have a good holiday nothing apart from 'what's your flight number'? The coaches and drivers were as ever great.

• Long Stay South All very good except would be helpful to also point out in your instructions for getting bus at Gatwick South NOT to follow the signs to 'Buses and Coaches' that take you to the level below.
