Maple Parking Meet and Greet It all went smoothly. You understood my son who was the one who had to phone you from the M23 because I was driving. He has learning difficulties but your rep coped with this. We had to wait for our car but we think this was due to traffic jams at Gatwick. I travelled with my adult son with learnign difficulties.

Long Stay South Went vere smoothly.except the exir which was blocked by cars trying to pay be card (not pre-paid)

Purple Parking There was a wait both to drop off and pick up the car. Even though I entered my flight number when I booked we were still asked for it when checking in. This would indicate that the information was not transferred once booked.
Also it might help if staff routinely inform customers that you should come back to the check in area to collect your car upon your return.
It would also be helpful if the letters on the board are painted in a darker colour. This would make them stand out and easier to read at night.

Long Stay South Guided to park in LS South Zone C - which was completely full. managed to eventually find a space - then waited 15 mins for a bus at stop 8 - which was so full it didn't stop at 9 to pick any more passengers up. Surely you can organise transfers better than this

Long Stay South staff very good. forgot which car park it was but remembered bus stop so he still got me back to my car!
