• Long Stay South please specify level on which to catch return bus to car park. we went down to level 0 where the other buses depart from because it was not specified in the instructions - only said yellow entrance.

• Purple Parking It was fine although a little far from the airport and not much direction for when we came back. Wasn't sure where to get the bus and then was left to try and find the car in the dark without any help.

• Long Stay North Obviously you have gone to efforts to make bus windows opaque. Bus driver does not announce stops which makes finding stop interesting.

• Maple Parking Meet and Greet Check-in was swift and we were expected. Walk to check-in is about 5mins but it is 1 lift and then all on the flat so not an issue. We had valet of car as well which was reasonable inside car (boot not 100%). Car was there on arrival and it all worked very smoothly.
