• Long Stay South Staff lovely - especially as we were travelling with a wheelchair user and passengers already on the bus stood and watched, rather than move to allow us access

• Purple Parking it would be useful if more buses were laid on, we waited a while for a bus with a large amount of other people who got verbally abusive at the bus stop. (as other car park buses came (3 for same company whilst we waited for ours)also I didn't feel the bus stop was very well sign posted there was some confusion at the bus stop. we landed at 130 am so was unfortunate but other than that the service ran relatively smoothly.
