• Summer Special Parking was easy and directions clear. Staff polite and helpful. Minimal delays. Facilities as described. Congestion around bus stop in your check in area as people get on and off the bus. Some trying to get on as others are still getting off. More shelter from the rain needed perhaps.

• ACE Meet and Greet As I reported in an email to Airparks, the signage to the meet and greet locations is terrible -particularly at Gatwick North Terminal -this lets your service down

• Help Me Park The car was collected and returned very efficiently. Also,when phoning prior to arrival and on return, the call was answered promptly by the receptionist and without the need to select from an automated options list.

• Long Stay North every thing went smoothly until we came to leave and then the ticket barrier tried to charge us another £125.00 I went into reception and the person who dealt with my query was very pleasant but my wife was very stressed and it would have been better if it had not happened.
