• Long Stay South Arriving back was a little confusing. Your bus does not go to the bus level at Gatwick like every other one. But we worked it out.

• Long Stay North The bus was too overcrowded with little help from the driver. The car park needs to be far better lit with better signposting (which need to be better lit too) We waited nearly 20 minutes for the bus. I normally use the south car park even for the north terminal as it is quicker than using the north car park but forgot to do this for this trip. When it is late at night and dark the north service is not user friendly.
