• I forgot to book my airport parking until the day of my flight but BCP were able to take my booking and the bus service to the terminal was efficient and the bus drivers on both trips to and from the car park were very helpful especially as i was travelling with two small children.

• Purple parking Driver on the journey out was not helpful at all, he didn't wait for a member of our party, even though he was asked and when we reached the south terminal he open the rear doors for a few seconds then closed all the doors and locked us in, we hadn't even had time to get our cases from the shelves. Another member of our party had to force the doors open so that we could get off.

• ACE Meet and Greet Good service from all points from contacting Ace, parking, taking delivery and the greeting upon arrival. No one specific stuck out but all were very helpful.
