• Long Stay North Buses were overcrowded because there were not enough operating. Extremely uncomfortable experience dragging cases on and off transport that was infrequent and lacked space. Travellers were unnecessarily aggressive and tempers flared when people jumped the "queue"! North terminal parking is reasonable cheap but after my recent experience I will not be using this parking facility again.

• Maple Manor Car Wash wait for the return of my car was 30mins.
  all the computer settings had been altered,making driving at after midnight very difficult.
  The car is brand new and had been set up for me.
