Long Stay North Barrier ticket machine did not recognise my ticket and said Â£65 outstanding! ! I then had to try and reverse out causing major problems with other users. I spoke with the operator and was granted exit.

Long Stay South The only thing I would advise to improve on is to have more frequent buses.

Long Stay South Bus driver communicate more clearly. One bus drove off as I came with my suitcases. Bus could have waited. Had to wait for another 10 minutes.

The staff were very friendly and efficient. Everything went smoothly. The bus ride to and from the airport was quick and we didn't have to wait long at all.

Long Stay South Staff - fine. However, website setting up the exit time for a late flight arrival meant that I entered the exit for 1 day earlier than it should have been. One would have thought a.m common error - the website had no "check your date for late arrival time" or something along those lines. Upon arrival I got a Â£15 excess to pay, which was a very high approx 100% premium to pay over what it should have been.
I get the sense that I am not alone in having this issue - would be good to see your company deal with customers over company profits ...

Long Stay North Problem with registration recognition on way in so given a ticket. When exiting ticket put in as again registration not read and machine told us we owed Â£125!! Called operator for assistance who had to look up our booking to check.
