Long Stay North Did not meet any staff until we took the bus to the airport. The only point I would make is that we could see some spaces closer to the entrance that were available but with the cones blocking the entry points we could not get to these. So we had to go to where we were directed which was much further away. Maybe a system to allowing the occasional car into these areas especially if they have young children with them will help shorten the journey time a little. Having said this where we eventually parked and the bus collection system worked for us. Also on the way back what we thought was a civilised queue waiting for the bus turned into a free for all when the bus doors opened when it arrived. So not something you want to do after a tiring plane journey. Perhaps a barrier to channel the queue could help?

Long Stay South Booked online and sailed through both in and out with the registration recognition cameras. Great value and ease of use.

Long Stay South I paid online before travelling.
The machine dispensed a ticket with my details on arrival
However the ticket and documentation were unclear as to whether or not that ticket was valid for exit.
Turned out it was. Please update your documentation to reflect this. Thanks.
