• Long Stay South would like zoned areas for parking the car, pre stamped on the back of the ticket. Mix up with area car was parked as we had not written the zone on the back. staff was helpful as he looked through his list and confirmed so it all went well and did not have to wait long for bus

• Maple Parking Car Wash everything was ok till we returned to Gatwick. On emerging from the arrivals exit, we could not see the hotel that we were told the car was parked outside. We had a crying baby, loads of luggage and we were all tired after a nine hour journey.Nobody around us knew were the hotel was, and a simple plan of the airport layout would have saved some stress at that point.

• Stayed at Gatwick North Terminal car park.
  Your directions did not mention that I was to use Car Park 5 or Car Park 6 and there is no signage for BCP - left me wondering whether I was in the correct car park.
