Good Location but the information is not very clear.I also thought Valet parking meant someone actually takes the car from you. We parked in a car space and took the keys to the office, i don't call that valet parking

Long Stay South i have used the car park before and had no problems , unfortunately this time i had a different car and could not find it , as it was raining and dark so had a panic although i had written down the right info in the dark i was lost , i went to customer service and a man took me in the truck to find the car otherwise i think i would still be there !which was very helpful , but i think you could do with better lighting, not great in the dark and rain !

Long Stay South Service was efficient with no issues. Had a bike box with me that complicated my travels but had no hassles getting it plus my bags to & from the airport.

Long Stay South The whole experience went well and was very economical. I only have one small comment. The instructions that I received after the booking said that the parking ticket would show my booking reference. Mine did not and I was a bit worried that something had gone wrong. In the event there was no problem but I did think that it was a little confusing.

Long Stay South Brilliant help. Just couldn't remember where parked the car but one of the pickup buses' driver was very helpfull in reasuring me which zone I had parked in. Just what I needed in the dark and wanting to get home.

Long Stay South my only moan is when i got to the ticket barrier my ticket showed I owed £52! had to reverse from barrier, park up and sort out with office. Luckily it was not a busy time so I was not held up too long.

Long Stay everything was absolutely fine we could not find our ticket on leaving the car park but went into the office and were issued with a replacement. Everything was well explained on paperwork prior to our holiday . We would definately use this facility when travelling abroad in the future.

Long Stay South Have already booked again for January, even though there is a cheaper off-site car park. We found the service prompt and effective, and took the strain out of the transfer to/from the airport.
