Help Me Park Car came back badly damaged, the driver seemed to know nothing about it. There is no way that this damage could have been caused without the person responsible knowing about it.

Maple Parking Meet and Greet Using the parking area by the Hampton by Hilton made for a much easier drop off and collection experience.

Purple Parking Due to having a query, rather than book online we booked by telephone. On our return the bus stop we were told to go to was incorrect, and we had to find the correct one. This was because the person who took our booking logged us as out from South Terminal but back to North terminal. Having already had our flight delayed, this made us even later. This was not good customer service and we were not happy. However, service is generally good so one mistake is permissible.
