  • I Love Meet and Greet The issue we have is not really with BCP, but as we booked through you I am raising it.
    Recently (From - Wed, 30th January To - Tue, 5th February) we used you to book parking at Gatwick (I Love Meet and Greet) and all was well with both the drop off and pick up. It was only when driving home from the airport we started to hear some odd ’clunks’. The next day I took our Mercedes to the garage where they investigated these clunks and found that both front coil springs had been sheared clean in two in exactly the same place. (I have pictures from the garage)
    I asked how this could have happened and they said that for both to snap like this the car must have hit a ‘parallel object like a sleeping policemen or curb at very high speed’ and that as the breaks were still clean it would have happened very recently - within days
    When we dropped the car off it was perfectly fine and we just had a very straightforward motorway journey there. The same applies going home (apart from the clunking of the loose spring ends rattling around) so this leads us to believe that at some point whilst the vehicle was in 'I Love Meet and Greets' care someone has caused this.
    This motorway journey could have turned out very differently with such damage and we are of course not very happy. We are also concerned that others may not be so lucky and this note is as much about making you aware of the possibility that somebody at a service provider you are selling for may well be abusing vehicles without your/their knowledge.
    In future and after the costly replacements, we certainly will not be using you or theI Love Meet and Greet service and will be definitely parking our own cars in future.

  • Purple Parking The car parking went very smoothly. Reception staff were efficient and helpful in the early hours. Everything was as described and the coach was right at the building entrance so not far to walk. We did not have to wait long for pick up at Gatwick North, on return either. Thank you!

  • APH You offered pricing with flydrive, this company is clearly a cowboy outfit and I would never trust my car with this organisation I do not believe BCP have a association with this business

  • I Love Meet and Greet There was no 'I Love Meet and Greet' agent to greet me upon dropping the car off. I had to phone the office to arrange for them to collect the car. There was no warning on the confirmation email that this action would be needed. I had to ask an attendant from another parking company as to what to do. This is not good enough!
