  I reported the incident and was left driving on wet seats etc. And on plastic bags. The compensation offered was derisory. I have refused the offer and have had to make a further complaint

• Cophall Parking I was very unhappy about the conditions of my car on collection it was dirty and covered in mud.
  On arrival at the airport at 1am and on my own I was spoken to abruptly and told to call back when I was at the bus stop! As a single woman alone this was not acceptable.
