Drop off location was easy to find, prompt shuttle service and smooth delivery. Don’t like having to reset our navigation and radio preferences before we can leave the airport, as drivers obviously set to theirs!

I was appalled that on receiving the car back the passenger car seat was soaking wet and there is now a lasting tide mark on it. I can provide a photo. The operative said that he had sprayed the car with water and the window was open (we hadn't opened the window). Please can someone get back to me re: resolution as my car seat is ruined
