Maple Parking Meet and Greet The drop-off & pick-up were not as described in the booking. My vehicle was brought back to me damaged and not reported to me (heavy frost morning of collection and the windscreen wipers had been used without defrosting the vehicle resulting in one wiper not working as the link had seperated) noticed this when I needed to use the wipers on the M1 in heavy sleet/snow. Ended up calling the RAC out and said that would most likely be the cause!

Maple Parking Meet and Greet The pick up service on our return is VERY much SLOWER than when we started using your company several years ago. A return to the quicker systems would be greatly appreciated. It is not acceptable to have to wait three quartes of an hour after phoning as has happened on our last three occasions.
