Maple Parking Meet and Greet Dropping my car off was great, found the car park easily, parked and dropped car off quickly and a short walk to the airport.
The problem was with collecting my car on my return. I followed instructions on calling after collecting luggage. Conscious of not calling too early and incurring additional parking costs. I called and made my way to collection point and then had to wait mins for my car. I understand if you are busy but maybe the call operator should give an estimated time they will return the car so I could have stayed in the airport and got a drink instead of standing in the car park.
This has put me off the meet and greet, makes me think it would have been quicker to collect car getting a shuttle bus to a service which stores car further away.

Maple Parking Meet and Greet Staff were not at all helpful and fault with car on its return which was not pre-existing, ''cutomer services'' were appallingly bad and really did not want to know. Would not use again nor would I recommend.

Maple Parking Meet and Greet We gave used mm for many years - all of a sudden we now need to go to the car park whereas in past it was a proper valet service. On the return took mins to wait for our car! At this point we could have gone to car park and saved money. Shame as you were great

Maple Parking Meet and Greet We arrived and no staff came to help / deal with us. We had to find them. One grumbled because we had no bar code. Arriving back, the car took a long time to be delivered (despite calling you as requested from baggage claim)...long enough to see the off airport buses come and go. You're location is useful, but saved little time for us and not worth the near double rate of some off airport options.
