• Direct Parking Staff very friendly, I did take a photograph of where my car was parked, as when it’s dark and wet it can be difficult To see as I found on previous visit, but overall good easy transfer.

• Direct Parking Staff were helpful and everything went smoothly. I have used BCP frequently and the only issue I have is the approach from the traffic lights. The area is so run down with rubbish strewn everywhere and verges overgrown and when approaching in the dark it is not very welcoming

Perhaps a sign at the bus stop as well as on the door to the office (it was dark at that time in the morning so didn't see it from across the way)? Would recommend you totally. Thank you.
