Question: You mention that bookings are Price Protected – what does this mean?
Answer: Price Protection is our guarantee that you’ll get the best price on airport parking with BCP. If you do manage to find the same product at a better price, we’ll simply refund the difference, provided you tell us within seven days of booking.
At the Airport
Question: Once I’ve parked my car, do I keep my keys, or leave them with a member of staff?
Answer: Unless you’ve booked one of our Meet and Greet services, you shouldn’t leave your keys behind. The Meet and Greet services at Luton are:
- 24 hour CCTV surveillance
- Patrols of parking areas by trained security staff
- High security fencing
- Parking bays are floodlit
All the other car parks are self-park facilities, so you should hang onto your keys at all times.
Question: Will I have to make my own way from the car park to the airport terminal?
Answer: Only if you’ve parked in the Luton Short Stay Car Park, which is a stone’s throw from the terminal, or booked one of our valet services. All other car parks include bus transfers in the price.
Question: How do BCP look after my car during my holiday?
