  • Swift Meet and Greet The staff were so disorganised both on drop off and pick up of the car.
    The pick up was particularly poor having to wait about minutes for the car - I believe despite being told the car was on its way, it had not even left the parking lot.
    They should change their name - it is certainly Niro swift!
    I will never use them again nor recomend them. Indeed if I have time I will pursue a reclaim of my money. I did also use them at Xmas and they were also poor then and my mistake for giving them a second chance.
    So all in all vey dispointed with them.

  • Swift Meet and Greet Swift 'Meet and Greet' are excellent and always come up with the goods. We were heading for the Terminal within a couple of minutes of arriving at the Airport and on our return, the car was waiting by the time we had walked to the Car Park. The guys running it are very friendly and deserve a pat on the back!

  • Swift Meet and Greet I wish to make you aware that unfortunately upon my vechile being returned to us at luton airport carpark yesterday evening, the passenger car window had been left down slightly, as shown in the attached photos, and it must have rained as there is now water marks (white staining) on the front passengers seat, please see attached photo to show this...
    Checking with the driver & attendance at luton working for swift, they were not that fused or apologetic, to be honest one even commenting, it’s only a small thing', I am extremely disappointed and very upset and to be quite frank very angry!!!! When the car is only a few months old (66 plate). My car is a Mercedes CLA shooting break AMG, that cost me a small fortune that i have worked hard for, but i kept my cool as they are the doing there part for swift and upon calling the mobile number provided was tasked with writing in to complain to this email address, so i look forward to hearing back very swiftly to hear how you propose to fix the stains on the seat??
    After re looking at the car again this morning in day light, it is clear that there is now a water stain on the car and still damp, I also may add that I had to sit in the passenger seat all the way back to our home address which was 1 hour mins away with extremely wet trousers.
    Your driver was the last one to drive the car and one should assume full responsibility for the locking of and securing of the car fully, and checking this, right?
    Unfortunately this hasn’t happened this time. I would of thought the alarm would of sounded with the window being open as much as it was, which might of highlighted the fact the window was down to someone where ever its was stored whilst i was away….
