• APH Park and Ride BCP can improve by informing APH that we had actually booked car parking. When we arrived on time, we were told we hadn't been booked in by BCP, we lost nearly an hours time of being in the escape lounge. APH recommended to us that next time we book direct with them, and that's what I will do.
