• APH Park and Ride I was in a rush to get home at the end of my holiday as, unfortunately, I had a funeral to go to. I was waiting 25 minutes for the bus to collect me which was frustrating after I had paid for fastrack with you to get through border control quickly. All the benefits of sailing through border control were lost with the delay getting onto the bus.

• APH Park and Ride Everything went smoothly, we arrived a little early but that wasn’t a problem. The bus was in so we were straight onto the bus.
  On the way back our luggage took a while, but as we walked over a bus was just leaving, the driver pulled back in to let us on, very thankful as it was early hours of the morning.
  When we arrived back our car was waiting.

• APH Park and Ride The place was easy to find and had plenty information but when we landed after a 8hr flight we followed the instructions and still had to wait over half a hour to get picked up and when we called the office for the second time the girl Lucy was very rude and told us there was only one bus on and when others who came off our flight where gone then I don't think it's the best service...
