• APH Bus didn’t arrive for at least 20mins, and only came after I rang, apparently they had us arriving at a different terminal despite me telling them when I checked in which terminal we were arriving into. Not good when it was freezing, raining and after a long flight. Lady on phone was very apologetic

  Also when I returned to car park I had to wait 45mins for my car due to “staff sickness” .
  I was travelling with my 9 year old child who was very tired and bored due to long wait.
