• APH Park and Ride After years of using the APH Car Park at Sharston I just felt that this year the Professional feel to the service had gone. I didn't get the impression I was dealing with a Professional set up - and therefore didn't feel assured when leaving my car. I arrived back and noticed my car was damaged - although APH were able to produce footage that this was a pre-existing damage. In any case - my car had certainly been parked somewhere offsite - perhaps in a grass field - as there was huge clumps of grass all stuffed on the front underside of my vehicle - but I'll never find out why. Sadly after many years of using them - this time will have been the last.

• APH Park and Ride At no point was it identified this was a drop you keys service until I had paid and received details. Not happy so far. The details of the parking was a minutes transfer every-15 mins. I arrived waited mins then proceeded on a journey that took over minutes in traffic. Clearly not mins. Admittedly I was a little stressed as the drive over from sheffield had just taken 2.5hours due to an accident. So our flexibility was nil. Then one of the drivers was asking my daughter why she was taking photos of my car. Didn't ask me though. Not happy with a very poorly and misrepresented service. Unprofessional.

On our return, the mobile number I was asked to use to text a unique reference number failed. Instead, I used the reception's number to let APH know that we arrived.
