  • JetParks 3 It would be helpful if, when booking, you suggested to users that they keep a record of the bus stop number they used for departure. We took note of the car park reference and on our return we quoted this to the bus driver who said he only used the bus stop number, so it took us some time to find the right bus stop for where the car was parked.

  • JetParks 3 I have parked with BCP before after recommendation from a friend. I usually travel with other people but was on my own this time. As I have had such an easy time getting in and out of the car park, I had every confidence to try it alone due to the licence ID system at the barriers and frequent shuttle bus service. Therefore, I will always use BCP if ever I need to park at any airport.

  • JetParks 3 Whilst not sure how this could be resolved but it can be difficult to find empty spaces during busy periods so extra time has to be allowed to find a space. That said, accessing car park very easy and bus to terminals are good service. We also had a problem starting the car on return which a bus driver called in and help arrived. The guy who arrived to help was excellent and got us going. It was excellent service at a time when all you want to do is get home. Would definitely book again.

  • JetParks 3 The surface of the car park Jet Park 3 is in need of re tarmacing , my car was stood in a big lake & I ended up with wet feet for my journey home

  • JetParks 3 The service was a disgrace. Waited 50mins in the rain for a shuttle bus that is supposed to run every 15 minutes. When I queried the driver he shrugged his shoulders and said my question was beyond his pay grade. Further conversation revealed that there were not enough buses to cater for the amount of passengers using the service. When I asked why more buses were not put into service to accommodate demand he said it was not his problem and again beyond his pay grade. I tried to call jetparks customer service but after finally finding a number that worked, the long drawn out automated telephone system revealed it had been constructed to frustrate anyone's efforts to speak to a human being. After 7 minutes of endless ridiculous questions relating to my booking I gave up which I imagine was precisely the intention. Utterly shameful service and quality of customer facing staff employed to do the job. The near impossibility to make a verbal complaint in a timely manner says volumes about your organisation. Unfortunately, with so many people needing parking and so few places to park I very much doubt you care less. Why you bother with a customer satisfaction survey is beyond me.

  • JetParks 3 Perfect location at 'Jet 3 carpark' for Manchester Airport. But needs better signage on Sections & Rows. Only clue to location of a parked car is the widely-spaced Bus Stop Shelters!

  • JetParks 3 Not only could we not only find a disabled car park as I am wheelchair dependant but took over 30 minutes to actually find a car parking space and then had trouble getting wheelchair over rough ground will not be using again

  • JetParks 3 It would have helped if there was signs for Jet Parks 3 as the road layout has changed since we last used and we didn't know about it or where we where and got our selves lost.(It is a lot easier now we know but a sign showing direction shouldn't be to much to expect for park users)

  • JetParks 3 Will not book Jet parks again as it took an hour and a half to find the car park as no signs anywhere (and we were not the only ones), then another half an hour to find a parking space. Meaning that by the time we got to the airport we had missed our flight. The worst experience and car parks ever.
