• JetParks 3 We arrived later than we said due to flight delay but it took us a further hour to get out of the car park as selfish customers had parked so badly in area w blocking off exits and on corners that couldn't get past them we where followed by a couple and when we stopped to try to work out how to get out they asked us how the system worked altogether they were Polish and had never used the car park before so we at least helped them. Someone needs to go round and check how vehicles are parked. We are both disabled and wanted just to get out and on our journey home

• JetParks 3 Really easy booking process. You arrive at the car park, the barrier rises as your number plate is recognised. You then look for a space which can take a little time, but not too long; wait for the transfer bus and off you go! Then the reverse on the way home. Prices are very reasonable.

The details of my reservation had not been sent to the car park operator so we had to wait for 20 mins at the barrier in torrential rain (that had already put us behind schedule) before we were allowed into the car park. We had the same issue trying to get out so we’re delayed another 15 mins at midnight trying to exit. Terrible service. Won’t be using again.
